TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.  Before payment, the customer must review the terms of the available payment methods.

5. In the event that the order arrives incomplete or does not match what was ordered, the customer has the right to request its return and a full refund of the purchase price within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days from the date the customer received the order.
6. In the case of a manufacturing defect in the product, the store undertakes to replace it without charging the customer any costs, or to refund the full purchase amount to the customer, according to their preference, within thirty (30) days from the date the customer received the order.
7. The customer must provide the store with a detailed address specifying: Name, Contact Number, Governorate/Province, City, District, Street, House/Building Number.
8. The customer bears the shipping costs if they ordered the product in error, entered incorrect shipping information when ordering, or if they fail to respond to or receive the shipment from the shipping company. In such cases, the site disclaims responsibility for any failure or shortcomings on the part of the shipping company or the customer.
9. The refund amount will be processed after the return procedures are completed according to the aforementioned conditions.
